docs: add Query.Farm to the Powered By page (#820)
I maintain Airport and VGI at Query.Farm. Both are open-source
projects that use Apache Arrow to connect DuckDB with external services
and code.
This adds a short entry describing how each uses Arrow: Flight and the
C++ library in Airport, and IPC for exchanging tabular data in VGI. The
links point to documentation with installation instructions and
examples.
Thanks for maintaining Arrow—it makes these integrations possible. Happy
to adjust the wording or placement.
Validation: checked the added links and Markdown references, and ran
`git diff --check`. This changes only `powered_by.md`.
