### Description
Currently, issues in Apache Baremaps vary widely in nature, making it
difficult to collect the necessary details for debugging.
Introducing an `issue template` can help ensure that reports include key
information, such as environment details, steps to reproduce, and relevant
attachments, streamlining the resolution process and improving issue tracking
efficiency.
#### **Proposed Changes**
- **Introduce multiple issue templates tailored for different types of
reports**
Instead of a single template, multiple issue templates will be provided,
each designed to collect specific details based on the type of issue:
#### **Bug Report**
- **Description**: A clear and concise explanation of the issue.
- **Environment**: Details such as OS, browser (if applicable), and software
version.
- **Steps to Reproduce**: A step-by-step guide to reproduce the issue.
- **Attachments**: Relevant files, screenshots, or logs to help reproduce
the issue.
#### **Feature Request**
- **Description**: A detailed explanation of the desired functionality.
- **Expected Impact**: A description of how the feature would enhance the
project.
#### **Question**
- **Description**: A brief description of the question or issue.
