This is a great feature request. I expect it can be implemented fairly
straightforwardly -- along the lines of
https://github.com/apache/beam/commit/b08ec20935afea90a89e4ba08e7aaf5daaf2a583,
but for BigQueryIO.Write instead.
I've opened it up to anyone interested and applied the {{starter}} and
{{newbie}} JIRA tags.
Were you interested in adding this feature, [~g-eorge]?
