Ok, thanks guys, it's nice to have a common structure for tests! I would like
to take the Elasticsearch IO as I have already worked on it and my IT are
ready. For the Cassandra part, I already have docker script and loading script
if you want (see BEAM-1268-CASSANDRA-IO-IT on my repo)
