Thank you [~jbonofre] and [~davor]. Jenkins DSL supports matrix job which is
great! Also having separate versioning test jobs for Java and Python is a good
point to keep test efficiency.
My plan is to put it in postcommit with mvn clean install + WordCountIT as
first step. Then we can consider to move it to precommit like what we do in
Travis.
