Currently, the PTransform style guide
(https://beam.apache.org/contribute/ptransform-style-guide/) does not discuss
display data at all.
We should make sure to discuss testing display data - specifically that using
DisplayDataEvaluator is a best practice for testing since without it, you
cannot tell whether or not the display data will actually be displayed.
