Revert "Removes final minor usages of OldDoFn outside OldDoFn itself"
This reverts commit a3b5f968c1ae2e4f712bfcf200a03d8d193fd90c.
It breaks Dataflow worker (overly specific function signatures in some
places). Revert first, fix later.
