It looks like this issue is not being worked on, and will not be worked on, so
it's at risk of being cut from First Stable Release.
Obviously, we want assurances that every runner is properly tested. But at the
same time, the lack of available community members to contribute to this issue
may reveal that the user base is small enough that it's not that important to
fix.
