HBaseIO imitated the interface of Cloud Bigtable to have an easy migration path
for users from/to Bigtable.
Bigtable Mutation object does not include the row key, so the BigtableIO needed
to have a KV with the row key and the Mutation in order to change the data.
Hbase does not have this restriction because the row key is part of the
Mutation object, this issue is to simplify the Write transform even if it will
make a small difference
