[BEAM-2454] Remove unused BeamPipelineCreator class
The BeamPipelineCreator class appears to be unused (presumably the
functionality there moved at some point into BeamQueryPlanner). Assuming there
are no other plans for it, we should remove it.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/takidau/beam DSL_SQL
