[~lzljs3620320] Does this imply that as a side effect of this JIRA Flink runner
will implement Dynamic Work Rebalancing? (if so this would be great).
Other issue is the fact that at this moment there is not a single IO that
implements splitAtFraction (apart of the google ones) so this approach could be
also not that useful.
[~aljoscha] is there a way to expand BoundedSource for this? maybe we can bring
this subject to the mailing list too, since this seems super important, and
partially related to the drain/update proposal no?
