Consider the following:

BagState<X> myBag = // empty
ReadableState<Boolean> isMyBagEmpty = myBag.isEmpty();
myBag.add(bizzle);
bool empty = isMyBagEmpty.read();
{code}
Should {{empty}} be true or false? We need a consistent answer, across all
kinds of state, when snapshots are required.
