make {{runTestWrite()}} more generic to be able to use {{GenericRecord[]}} as
input for {{writeGenericRecords}} test in place of {{AvroGeneratedUser}}
make {{readAvroFile()}} generic to be able to read {{GenericRecords}} using
{{GenericDatumReader}} for {{writeGenericRecords}} test
