The provisioning API already contains the JobID. The workerID would be
hostname or similar. A globally-unique process ID would the
"$jobID:$workerID:$harnessID" (where the harness ID is the locally-unique ID
passed to the container) and would be useful to construct profiling logs paths,
for example, or other external keys.
