I encountered the problem as I was trying to build over the weekend.

It happened repeatedly on 5 builds (xxx19, 23, 24, 26, 29)
I see it marked as "resolved," what was the reason why it was happening?
Also, how come clicking on the test that supposedly fails
(org.apache.beam.examples.WordCountIT.testE2EWordCount) reports "passed"?
