Passes locally, but not on Jenkins machines.
org.apache.beam.runners.spark.translation.streaming.ResumeFromCheckpointStreamingTest

The output from the gradle DependencyReportTask is identical in both
environments. The gradle configurations.validatesRunner.getFiles() is missing
the the zookeeper class on jenkins only. All other classes identica
