   This is probably more to do with Java hackery around `ResourceBundle` that 
sqlline, but you are the ranking sqlline expert so WDYT?
   
   I wish I could override the properties only partially, and I think it may be 
possible via classloader + ResourceBundle hacking, but I'm not certain so I 
wanted to get started before figuring it out perfectly.
