Description: Nexmark encodes events using a CustomCoder by default. It
would be nice to have a way to support other more standard serialization
formats to test pipelines in multiple languages, e.g. Avro or Json. (was:
Nexmark encodes events using Java serialization by default. This should be
changed to support a format supported in multiple languages. Avro or Json could
be valid options.)
