Vendored artifacts (BEAM-4544) seems like a common pain-point for everyone, and
things seem quite broken in IntelliJ 2018.2 (cf.
[youtrack|https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-195908]).
Let me know if there are others.
