@dmvk Yes, I'm ok to have different jiras for this but, I think, we can work
on these tasks independently. As we discussed before, I created an umbrella
Jira [BEAM-5310](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-5310) which
includes subtasks for batching (addressed by current PR) and streaming
processing. Latter I assigned to you. For now, you can use and track my branch
"aromanenko-dev:BEAM-3912-HadoopOutputFormatIO" and then, once this PR will be
merged, switch to master. Does it work for you?
