The file
gs://temp-storage-for-release-validation-tests/nightly-snapshot-validation/5000_gaming_data.csv
is being periodically deleted because of the garbage collection policy set on
that bucket (in the apache-beam-testing project). We should fix this so we
don't have to reupload this file each time we want to run release validation.
