Fix versions and artifact names in runner poms
The name and version of the parent pom referenced by the Spark runner has
diverged. I also just chose the simpler name.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/kennknowles/incubator-beam spark-version
