The runner is composed of two submodules for a good reason. The idea is to
separate the core Runner from the examples. I think we need a better reason
than "other runners don't have it" for changing the design.
Now, getting rid of some of the examples is a different issue. That probably
makes sense. Though I would like to keep some of the examples which are
currently not supported by native Beam.
