Spark 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT dependency, spark-core is provided by spark-sql now
Spark 2.0 uses Iterator instead of Iterable
Accumulators are compared on "zero" so using null safely is easier than
implementing equals() and
hashCode() for NamedAggregators
Catch and log InterruptedException in close()
