Drop the following GcpOptions and use ADC to clean-up credentials story for GCP:
AuthorizationServerEncodedUrl
TokenServerUrl
CredentialDir
CredentialId
SecretsFile
ServiceAccountName
ServiceAccountKeyfile

Also migrate from Apiary Credentials class to Google OAuth Credentials class 
when available from google-cloud-java.
