Fix Version/s: Not applicable
It appears that it's currently used as a container for it's sub-classes such
{{CountWords}} and {{FormatAsTextFn}} that are used in some unit tests.
I'll close this for now, and revisit this after the runner relies on ROS for
everything model related.
