[Beam-693] Update Readme with instructions about pydoc requirement

Hi,
this PR includes an update for the README file so that users will be able
to fix import errors when using pydoc without having all required packages
installed.
I didn't check for TravisCI/mvn clean verify because only the README file
has changed.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mbuccini/incubator-beam beam-693
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
