Description: The Spark runner should have a proper WordCount (or something
more fancy) example in the README. This is a bit problematic as Beam is lacking
HDFS support in TextIO. (was: The Spark runner should use its own WordCount
because it can't support TextIO.Read without ignoring validation.)
