    Change docs site structure

    Change site structure:
    - 'Use' becomes 'Get Started'
    - 'Learn' becomes 'Documentation'
    - 'Contribute' - stays the same
    - 'Blog' - stays the same
    - 'Project' - delete the tab and move content to 'Contribute' section
