I like the idea. We may want to reverse the direction though since we currently
have an issue where we need to convert the set of args to the main program into
a string[]. So it could be something like String[] getMainArgs().
Alternatively, we could have two environment variables, one which is for test
options, one which is for main options and they could be separate.
