    Stop using Maps of Transforms in the DirectRunner

    Instead, add a "DirectGraph" class, which adds a layer of indirection to
    all lookup methods.
    
    Remove all remaining uses of getProducingTransformInternal, and instead
    use DirectGraph methods to obtain the producing transform.
