 [attachment:t438_r1463560_product_perm_tracadmin_all.diff This patch] will
 fix aforementioned issue detected by @anze . After applying it global (and
 product) `TRAC_ADMIN` users will be granted with all the permissions
 supported by the permissions system in target product context .

 Details:

 {{{
 #!sh

 $ hg log -r qparent --template="[{svnrev}] - {desc}\n"
 [1463560] - moving comment input to right hand column and correcting width
 - towards #471

 $ hg qapplied
 t438/t438_r1463560_product_admin_python26_compat.diff
 t438/t438_r1463560_product_perm_tracadmin_all.diff

 }}}

 where ''t438/t438_r1463560_product_admin_python26_compat.diff'' above is a
 trivial patch fixing [comment:6:ticket:470 this python=2.6 compatibility
 issue].
