 The goal is to be able to run unit tests against PostgreSQL in order to
 detect potential inconsistencies .

 It seems there is no way to run an instance of ''PostgreSQL'' in-process .
 There are (at least) two options at hand :

   - Setup in-memory ''PostgreSQL'' instance
   - Rely upon [http://hsqldb.org/doc/guide/management-
 chapt.html#mtc_compatibility_postgres HSQL PostgreSQL compatibility mode]
