(In [1488753]) Refs #531: Added a left margin to the doc widget title and
message.
(In [1488754]) Refs #531: Fixed indentation.
(In [1488759]) Refs #531: Made `id` attribute of doc widget outer div all
lower-case. Removed unnecessary `py:attrs` directive and passing of `id`
argument which can be created in the template code from the `title`
variable.
