#549: Implement FastClick library

To improve the experience on mobile devices (especially iOS and Android
phones/tablets), I suggest we integrate the [http://labs.ft.com/articles
/ft-fastclick/ FT FastClick] library ([https://github.com/ftlabs/fastclick
GitHub]). This removes the 300ms delay when tapping on a link.
