#557: Wiki pages that were moved in the whitelabeling work should have a
redirect
at the old location

With the whitelabeling changes, a page that was renamed now has a link
that points to the new page. This is the same behavior that is seen when a
page is renamed and the //Leave a redirection page at the old location//
checkbox is selected. For example, the !TracIni page now has a message
 that says ''See !Guide/Ini''.

It would be better to have a redirect on these pages so that the user was
forwarded and didn't have to explicitly click on the ''See !Guide/Ini''
link. Plugins such as th:TracRedirect and th:ServerSideRedirectPlugin
provide this feature (possible th:RedirectsPlugin as well), but another
option would be to just add support to the Trac core.
