#578: Add steps to enter product details in the setup wizard

During the upgrade to multiproduct it is possible to specify a default
product prefix using the --default-product-prefix option to
bloodhound_setup.py. This option is currently not very visible or
informative to the user.
It would be better to incorporate a product creation step in the setup
wizard for allowing the user to enter all the details for the newly
created product (name, prefix, owner). In addition, setup options for
specifying the product name and owner should also be added to
bloodhound_setup.py
