When in side-by-side edit mod,e the Change Information section should span
the width of the wiki edit page.

Other minor improvements are possible:
* The //Image// icon on the edit toolbar should be on the same line as
the ohter items.
* The //Edit side-by-side// checkbox and label could be on the same line
as the toolbar when the page width allows.
