#614: Wiki links for new wiki pages take minutes to update

They are shown with `.missing` styling just like if resource would not
ever existed . It's notable to highlight that this behavior was detected
after inserting InterTrac and InterMapTxt in product context. References
to self in page body are `.missing` for a while, which is weird .
This is issue may be related to #613
