A question about the milestone owner was raised on the
[http://markmail.org/thread/s4tgnvodjvhcjbpo mailing list]. Adding an
//owner// to the milestone model is a useful enhancement that could be
pushed back to Trac. I'd be willing to work on it, or work with someone to
integrate the change into Trac provided we have support from the other
Trac devs for the change. However, in the meantime I don't think we should
have unused code in the template.
