I completely removed Python 2.7.5 and C:\Python27, psycopg, my bloodhound
user role and db in PostgreSQL, my unzipped setuptools-0.9.8 directory,
the bloodhound virtual environment and stepped through the installation
process again.
I was greeted with Apache Bloodhound this time instead of Trac. Chalk it
up to user error.
