To reproduce:
1. Create a product //prod1//
1. Create a ticket and associated it with //prod1//
1. Navigate to the dashboard `/products/prod1/dashboard`
1. Click on the link for the ticket in the //Active Tickets// section
The URL will be `/ticket/1` and an error will be displayed: //Error:
Invalid ticket number//.
