#641: Decrease logging verbosity

The log grows fast to become really huge . In a matter of a couple of days
the situation may look like this :

total 409896
-rw-r--r-- 1 bloodhound www-data 0 Aug 21 06:25 trac.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 bloodhound www-data 419319808 Aug 21 15:19 trac.log.1

After examining log contents there are a lot of duplicated entries . Some
improvements on that direction are possible .
