This happened in an instance upgraded from 0.6 up to 0.8 . While running
previous versions everything was ok .

... that will be possible once blood-hound.net will be back online . In
the mean time I'll try to explore why this might be happening in practice
.
Maybe there is a chance for this to be caused by PostgreSQL DB failure ?
