I have the following TicketQuery
[[TicketQuery(status=new|assigned|reopened&owner=abc, group=product,
order=priority, desc=1, format=table,
col=summary|component|priority|type|status)]]
- it does not order by priority but by ticket number
- it does not show columns component, priority and type
