#697: /newticket unusable in 0.8-dev

Few minutes ago I noticed that /newticket form is unusable in /trunk .
There's no way to edit ticket fields.

I also noticed that QCT loses focus immediately after click on input
fields, which I recall was a feature available since it was conceived,
also present in other pages across the web site.
