I have included a patch which integrates the scaffolding for generating
the translation files.
For the 5 Bloodhound plugins, I used the same translation domain:
bloodhound.
Remaining to do:
- for each templates, javascript, or py files: identify the translation
strings
- find a way to avoid duplicated translation strings with official Trac
