#717: 404 Invalid ticket number

When displaying a ticket (# 25 in this example), the trac.log file shows:

HTTPNotFound: 404 Invalid ticket number (Ticket 19 does not exist.)
}}}
However, ticket # 19 does exist. This error message appears when
displaying other ticket as well (ticket # in the error message depends on
the ticket # displayed in the web browser).
