To re-create this (I was able to re-create this behavior in BH 0.7).
* Create a blank bloodhound instance.
* Log in as admin.
* Create a user
* as admin, create a ticket (view ticket - ticket will show "reported by -
admin"
* log out as admin
* log in as other user
* view ticket (ticket will show "reported by - username")
