#726: Error occurs during changeset indexing (0.8-dev)

I detected the following error in the logs after running the functional
tests I'm writing for #695 (i.e. repository type = `svn`) .

2013-12-10 13:52:32,629 Trac[changeset_search] ERROR: Error occurs during
changeset indexing. The error will not be propagated.
Exception: 2 is not unicode or sequence
}}}
PS: Maybe this means that BH instances are not indexing changesets at all
?
